By using a RipRope Leash, you agree to assume and accept all known and unknown, probable and unlikely risks of injury. The hazards associated with this sport can be reduced by following the manual of the kite manufacturer you\u00b4re using and by exercising due care in each individual case. The risks inherent in this sport can be reduced to a large extent if you follow the warning guidelines listed in the instructions for use of the respective kite manufacturer as well as common sense.<\/p>\n<p>The RipRope Leash is only to be regarded as an additional protection of the kite against flying away during normal and intended use. First and foremost the safety systems of the respective kite manufacturer are intended.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>BY CONCLUDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR A RIPROPE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POINTS &#8211; WITHIN THE LEGAL LIMITS:<\/p>\n<p>The waiver of any and all claims whatsoever arising from the use of the RipRope product and any of its components that you may have now or in the future against Tampen &amp; Meer UG and any other party to the contract.\u00a0The release of Tampen &amp; Meer UG and all other contractors from any claims for loss, damage, injury or expense which you, your next of kin or any other user of your RipRope product may suffer as a result of the use of the RipRope product, including Tampen &amp; Meer UG and all other contractors&#8217; liability under law or contract for the manufacture and processing of the RipRope product and any of its components. With the occurrence of death or disability, all provisions herein shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, close relatives, estate and asset managers, successors in title and legal representatives.
