Liability for contents
We strive to keep the contents of our site current and correct. Despite careful processing, liability is excluded. As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 Abs.1 TMG for own contents on these sides after the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we as service providers are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. As soon as infringements become known, we will remove these contents immediately. We assume liability in this respect only from the time we become aware of a possible infringement.
